– RETURNS:

Customers may return unworn items within 14 days from the date of consignement.

Warning! : All shipping charges, including those paid to ship the order to the customer, will not be refunded. Only the value of the goods will be refunded.

Customers who are registered on our website can simply log into their account and click on the "My Orders" tab, here they find the option to request return authorization.
Customers who are not registered and intends to exercise the right of return must notify saphirboutique.com, before the expiry of the return period, by email to info@saphirboutique.com

After saphirboutique.com has authorized the return, the customer is required to send the goods by express courier to the address:

In particular, the customer is required to contact a courier to pay the costs of the operation directly.

In the event that the customer returns from a non-EU country, he is required to contact an express courier service, to use a shipper that provides a traceable shipping service and that allows payment in advance of the customs fees (ddp – delivery duty paid).

It is recommended to use a reliable courier. The customer books the collection or takes the package to the courier's office closest to him and pays the entire amount of the shipment in advance, requesting the ddp service. the direct costs (shipping and reimportation tax) for returning the product are charged to the customer.

Warning!: the customer is responsible for the shipment of the package.

The products must be returned intact (including the identification tag which must not have been removed), in the original packaging as an integral part of the product, complete with all their parts, labels and any accessories. in particular, the returned goods must not have been used, modified, worn and/or washed.

If the customer does not respect the terms and the methods of exercising the right of return indicated above, saphirboutique.com has the right not to accept the return of the goods, without any additional costs to be borne by the same.

Warning!: the customer is responsible for the shipment of the package and saphiboutique.com will not refund lost, damaged or untraceable packages.

For reasons of hygiene and related to health protection, returns on earrings, whether they are jewelery or jewelery items, such as provided for in art. 59 c.1 lett. and the consumer code.

Warning! : In the event that the customer does not respond to the courier's notification of the impossibility of delivering the package, he will be charged for any costs for the storage and return of the products.

– REFUNDS:

After the goods have been received, saphirboutique.com will test their integrity/non-alteration and the correct application of the cancellation right by the customer. in case of positive response, saphirboutique.com will refund payments without undue delay and within 14 days.

in compliance with art. 56, paragraph 3 of legislative decree nr. 206/2005, as modified by legislative decree 21/2014, saphirboutique.com has the faculty to suspend the refund until the reception of the goods or until the customer demonstrates that he has returned the goods.

Costs will be refunded by the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, except for different agreements. please note that refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times of credit card providers.

Otherwise, in case goods are proved not to be intact or in case they have been altered, saphirboutique.com has the faculty not to refund amount payed.

– REPLACEMENTS:

Customers may request the replacement of the same item for a different size, if available.

It is possible to replace the item with a different item only if the amount is exactly the same. (if necessary, indicate in the email the item with which you would like to replace it).

In any case, replacement items will be sent only after receiving the item customers want to return.
