Shipments

- COUNTRIES OUT OF EUROPE:

IMPORT TAXES and local taxes are NOT INCLUDED and are the responsibility of the customer, which must be paid upon delivery.

We strongly advise customers to check the custom tax regulations of his country before proceeding to payment.

Customers are requested to carefully check the pack before signing. In case the package looks open or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with "Received unchecked" or to refuse the delivery (please contact SAPHIRBOUTIQUE.COM immediately).

Warning! : In the event that the customer does not respond to the courier's notification of the impossibility of delivering the package, he will be charged for any costs for the storage and return of the products.

If the consignment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided, the pack may be returned to the sender.

The customer shall be charged for the cost of another consignment.

SAPHIRBOUTIQUE.COM cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment which may result from packs being stopped and checked by Borders & Customs Agencies.
SAPHIRBOUTIQUE.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

As required by the International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports, all shipments are accompanied by an invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
